It was only the pilot and the WWII episodes that have used the "Biff is waxing
the BMW" trope so far. Even the WWII episode shrugged off the change to history
with a "we got a new James Bond movie". Shouldn't they have to worry that the
wrong soldiers were killed in Germany, The Alamo, or Pittsburgh? The butterfly
effect is a device in the overarching story (a little girl wasn't supposed to
survive the Hindenburg explosion) but it's conveniently forgotten when there's
no time for it.

They made a "flux capacitor" reference this week, so a TARDIS reference can't
be far behind.
