Honestly I am probably more intrigued by Kevin's mention of the bra, but I will comment on the accent. It reminds me of one of the worst American accents I have ever heard in television, from Genevieve O'Reilly on Spooks (Season 8). She is an Irish actress playing a CIA agent from New England. The accent is a stew of various US regions, mostly Simpson's Kennedy Boston alternating with kind of King of the Hill Texas, interspersed with flat Commercial voice-over.
