Yes, the dates for each postseason series were already set, regardless of how many games any previous series lasted. World Series Game 7 was always set for November 2 "if necessary." Seems like in previous years, during the early portion of the World Series, Fox has run promos for the regular prime-time shows that would air if the later games were not played, with "if no baseball" graphic on screen during the promos.
