Two sidelights of the Stewart appearance:

Lumpy attacked back on his Friday radio show, bringing out that tired "how
about your writers" meme (Hannity doesn't have writers on his TV show?  I
know Billo writes everything himself) but at least not doing that "Jon
Liebovitz" crap:

And the musical trio of Case/lang/Veirs (that's Neko Case, k.d. lang and
Laura Veirs) were supposed to be on Thursday night and were pulled before
taping to probably fit in the Stewart segment.  Case, former Owner of the
Internet for the Next 23 1/2 Hours on "@midnight," in particular was
pissed, thinking that it was because of Donald Trump:
