NBC is carrying Game 5 of the Pittsburgh-Washington series at 7:15ET, following Kentucky Derby coverage.
NBC is also carrying a new episode of SNL at 11:30. As you know, the game was over around 10:00, so there was no problem. If it had gone long, I believe that NBC would had stuck with it, even if it meant showing a live-to-tape SNL late. The afternoon would have been interesting, too. There was the game a few years back that got overtimes shunted to Cable so NBC could show their full pre-Preakness coverage. I wonder if they'd have done that for this year's pre-Derby, although Saturday afternoon's game ended in regulation. -- -- TV or Not TV .... The Smartest (TV) People!
