When I read the original article, I immediately noticed the absence of Bristol. Here's the key quote from the Post article:

"This time around, ESPN appears to be absent from negotiations. ESPN declined comment." I don't read that as a connection between the two. This kinda confirms what I thought on Monday: Burbank is reining in Bristol.
