Although it wasn't as a result of a 'flex' move this year, the two NY teams 
are again in a head-to-head situation, which under past deals couldn't have 
happened if, as in this week's case, one team was home... had those rules 
been followed, a late CBS game (otherwise going to everybody in the lower 
48 save San Francisco) would have lost the yooge metro-area audience... 
it's the fifth time it's happened in four seasons...
