A Federal judge limited what media-monitoring service TVEyes can do with
the news net's material, but that wasn't enough for the home of Billo,
Megyn, Hannity et al... they want a 72-hour embargo on clips, and to make
users agree to the revised terms each time they request a clip...

TVEyes counters that Fox should clear up the copyright issue fully before
further agreement is reached.
