That episode is rated TV-14, which means it could contain any of the following:
Intensely suggestive dialogue (D)Strong coarse language (L)Intense sexual
situations (S), or
Intense violence (V).This stuff is obviously subject to interpretation, but I
could see a flipped bird being compared to strong coarse language.
FWIW, the only time I recall seeing a flipped bird on Conan, which has been
much freer with its language, was in an episode rated TV-MA. That rating was
because a trailer for the Deadpool movie was shown during the program (Ryan
Reynolds was a guest), and Andy figured they could flip a bird.
