Jones also hosted "What's It All About, World?", a 1969 ABC variety show from the Smothers Brothers showrunners who had lost their jobs when Tommy wanted to make his show more controversial. Lorne Michaels was a writer and performer on the show, along with Avery Schreiber. Some who've seen it lately have called it conservative in tone:
