I am sitting on the 14th tee at a golf tournament today so I don't have the reference at my fingertips, but I know that they have taken longer because of the constant conferences and discussions. One theory goes so far as to say the NFL knew this would likely happen, which is why they moved the late game to 4:25 effective this year.
