Just wanted to note that, on the games he broadcasts, you only get to hear him 
for the first 3 innings on the radio, but all 9 innings on TV.

So your best bet would either be MLB Extra Innings through your cable/satellite 
provider, or the aforementioned MLB.tv.

And I note that MLB.tv is currently on sale for $10 for the rest of the 2012 
season.

The one caveat is that, if the Dodgers are playing a team that MLB considers 
local to you, the Dodgers TV broadcast will be blacked out in your area (that's 
true of both MLB.tv and MLB Extra Innings).
