NYC got the new (and buggy) software a few weeks ago. Presumably, you
will benefit for our having been beta testers, as many of the problems
we suffered have been fixed after my injudicious complaining.

There are still very strange things happening. Last night, I turned on
the bedroom TV, and the "Criminal Minds" late-night rerun had a
Spanish soundtrack. Rebooting the box fixed it. A few days earlier,
that same box (Scientific Atlanta) made me endure the secondary audio
for the visually impaired while trying to watch Grimm.
