IOC restrictions on clips are everywhere in the world--Australian pubcaster 
ABC's morning program can't air what Nine Network and Rupert Murdoch's 
cable Foxtel own the rights to, so, inspired by the Guardian and the WSJ, 
they do the next best thing:
