I'm pretty sure I recall Craig being corrected from off camera when he said next week is the last week of shows in the current studio, and he was told there are two more weeks left in the basement.

I'm bringing a friend to a taping of Late Late Show. It is their last
week in what has been the Late Late Show studio since Tom Snyder
originated the host gig.
