Please always tell us what has gone wrong. What you expected and what you got. If there is an error message send the full error text. It also helps if you tell us which Python version and OS you are using. Based on the above I'm guessing you may be running this Python v3 code using Python v2. One of the changes between 3 and 2 is how input() works.
