I think I've now got scrolling to work on iOS/Safari and Opera almost works... (a slight glitch when the width is within a particular size range) If anyone uses Opera mobile on a mobile device please let me know if it looks OK. I've also added a "menu button" that hides/shows the TOC pane which should help on phones and other narrow devices. Once more any feedback is appreciated.
