You may have already seen this, but in case you have not, there is: https://wiki.python.org/moin/ChineseLanguage There is mention of a couple of Taiwan forums which may be a source of assistance. Also a search for "python documentation in chinese" yields some hits, such as: http://docspy3zh.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ It is referring to Python 3.2.2 instead of the most current documentation, but perhaps it might be a useful start.
