Pyjamas and other similar frameworks like GWT are great, and we will certainly see much more apps build on them in the future. But for years to come, there will be the need to render HTML, CSS & JS serverside, and that's what TW is designed for. I haven't done pyjamas enough to be really able to finally judge this, but I have the feeling that the way pyjamas works is fundamentally different from what TW does, so an integration is not really that useful.
