try https://ipv6.mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/CRAN or https://mirrors.nju.edu.cn/CRAN/ instead due to misconfiguration of OCSP stapling when the issuer of the certificate is Let's Encrypt (see https://github.com/tuna/issues/issues/905 ), also if you wanna use Bioconductor you can also try https://mirrors.nju.edu.cn/bioconductor
