For windows, it seems I have forgot to compile the translation catalogs
before building the executable. So some terms could not be translated
like the toolbar menu etc. (Idem for Mac)
This will be fixed on the next build.
For linux, I guess you are talking about the source. The archive
contains the compiled catalogs but if you are fetching the source from
mercurial, then you have to compile it:
`python setup.py compile_catalog`
