You should create a report template an add it to the account.account.type to be able to export the data in the report format. Have a look at the report documentation: http://doc.tryton.org/4.8/trytond/doc/topics/reports/index.html I think this will be a nice addition to the account module so it will be great if you can propose a patch to include it.
