I have changed the timezone on Windows 7 x64 to UTC and it works correctly, the problem is when I save a registry on database, it have the UTC time, and I need UTC-5, how can I modify or solve this?, the library time doesn't have tzset function, and always when I start server appears this message : "Error: trytond.server:timezeone is not set to UTC" despite it's UTC selected.
