The advantage is that jquery-ui does it best to support older browser
when bootstrap just doesn't care at all and rely on latest feature of
browsers.

Also bootstrap is missing some widget we need:

- autocomplete
- datepicker
- menu

Maybe some of them could be implemented using bootstrap but it is much
easier with jquery-ui because it is designed as a javascript library
when bootstrap is much more designed as a css with some javascript when
there is no other solution.
