In the headers of every (decent) mailing list mail, you can find the 
unsubscribe address or link.  It seems the Trojita mailing list is decent:

List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:trojita+unsubscr...@lists.flaska.net>
So sending a mail to trojita+unsubscr...@lists.flaska.net should work.
