It now happened twice to me that my Trojitá configuration was overwritten with an empty configuration on desktop start. I had to restore it from backup. I do not think this is Trojitá-specific, as also, e.g., my kde wallet(!) was overwritten with an empty one at the same time. However, because you may know the finer details of when Trojitá thinks it needs to create a fresh configuration, you may be able to help.
I think that an important piece of information is that I recently switched to a setup where my home directory is encrypted and decrypted on login. I don't know how this can have an influence and maybe I'm mistaken about this.
Any pointers about how to diagnose this issue is appreciated. Thanks, Erik
