This might mean one of several things:
- your system doesn't have a correct version of KDE Wallet installed;
beware the difference between the KDE4 version and the KF5 version which
typically gets used on a modern Plasma installation
- your system is somehow misconfigured
- your copy of qtkeychain is somehow broken
I'm unable to store encrypted my mail account pwd.
Uninstalling the qtkeychain package, saves successfully the
unencrypted pwd (but obviously, I don't want to do it).
There's no need to uninstall anything -- if you wanted this, you could just
select "Trojita's settings" in IMAP -> Settings -> General -> Passwords.
