Dan,
I've added support for changing the font size of the current message
through a context menu, standard zoom shortcut keys (as detected by Qt),
and through ctrl-scroll. They are at [1]. If you're building from git, you
can get these changes through running:
git fetch http://anongit.kde.org/trojita refs/changes/27/727/1
git checkout FETCH_HEAD
