That's a big mistake -- if I was selling API designs, you'd be my first hire. Pali, do you feel like trying to implement a password plugin with the job interface? Kevin has a good point in that this might make the design easier to work with (and the code less painful to read -- if there's one job per request, you don't have to check the arguments you care about, just pay attention to a single object sending events and have a guarantee that anything you receive is really for you).
