That's indeed the best option; it's your docs, so you shall be the one who maintains them in the repository. You do want to stick around for a while and maintain the docs in the long term, right? If you know git or are willing to learn it, please read the document about how to request a KDE account at [1] and file an appropriate sysadmin request. Trojita is now part of the KDE infrastructure, so the repository ACL management is now done by the KDE sysadmins. After you have your account, please push the docs to the repo and update them as you make progress.
