Trafodion developers,

An update to install_local_hadoop script got merged yesterday. So if/when you
rebase, you can get a new feature to include DCS in your local instance
(sqstart also starts DCS). And a new convenience script (swphoenix) to run the
phoenix_test suite on workstation. The tests currently only works with T4
driver, but an option to use T2 may be added in future.

By default, it will get the latest DCS from github, but environment variables
can be used to override that and use a local tar file or source tree of your
choice.

If you don't have local_hadoop in your workspace, then run it as you normally
would.

If you have an existing local_hadoop, you can re-run install_local_hadoop to
add DCS and phoenix_test, but be sure to use the -p option to specify the port
number your current local hadoop uses. Don't use -p rand, since it won't match
your existing port numbers.

-Steve
