Ubuntu store freezing/lagging / very slow loading

Bug description:
After OTA5 on Meizu MX4 there is significant delay in loading the Ubuntu
Store.
It either delayed loading, very very slow especially on WIFI and also the
Ubunntu Store freezes all the time, hangs with white screen or just generally
lagging. It's so bad that it takes ages to find a install any new app/scope
also when trying to remove app/scope.
I have tried to flash rc channel version 5, it's the same as stable
version 3 even I have tried it on Nexus5 rtm/devel /22 it's all the
same, just lagging and lagging and it's definitely worse on wifi than
on mobile data.
