Note that currently the bottom edge swipe gesture is the only way to exit fullscreen mode if the website doesn’t provide a UI element to do that (the fullscreen spec doesn’t require pages to provide such a mechanism, so the user agent has to offer a consistent way to escape fullscreen).
I still can’t reliably reproduce the issue on my E4.5: tapping the screen never triggers a bottom edge gesture for me. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to webbrowser-app in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1474533 Title: While full screen videos should disable bottom edge Status in webbrowser-app package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: It is too easy to trigger a bottom edge action when using the video timeline in landscape mode. While i play a video full screen i would expect the bottom edge to be disabled especially in landscape mode To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/webbrowser-app/+bug/1474533/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~touch-packages Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~touch-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
