Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 15.04 r82

1. Choose a closed wi-fi network that you have not previously connected to.
2. Enter an incorrect password and choose "Connect".

What happens:
1. An auth dialog appears.
2. The dialog appears exactly the same.

What should happen:
2. "If connection authentication fails, the dialog should open if was not open
already ... On phone, it should have body text 'Your authentication details
were incorrect.'” <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Networking#wi-fi-connecting-dialog>

The equivalent for WPA Enterprise authentication (currently implemented
separately) is bug 1472734.

** Affects: indicator-network (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
