Test Case:
1. Record a 10 seconds video with the camera app
2. Close the camera
3. Open the gallery app
4. Wait until the thumbnail is generated in the Event view
5. Tap the video to open the preview
6. Wait until the preview is generated in the detailed view
Actual Result
There is a spinner and the video preview is never generated.
The following message is displayed in the gallery logs:
