Translatable app name in .desktop crashes the scope

Bug description:
The attached app is trying to translate the "Name" field in the .desktop
file, and that's somehow crashing the scope.
Just by removing the underscore at the beginning of "_Name=" and refreshing
the scope makes the problem go away.
Still, it sounds like a bug in the scope, or in the .ini parser.
