jockey doesn't detect discrete nvidia in lenovo t420 (NO OPTIMUS)

Bug description:
I have a T420 lenovo (hardware info attached). I selected "nvidia
discrete graphics" in the BIOS, so no "optimus" is in play, and jockey
won't offer me the option of using the proprietary driver. It will
just say "No proprietary drivers are in use on this sytem" in a blank
window.
