Ubuntu Desktop (Unity7) Image stuck on june 9th

Bug description:
I'm not sure what tests are specifically run, but the default Ubuntu
desktop image hasn't moved from pending to current in almost a month
[1]. This means tools like TestDrive, etc aren't having users test
the latest image - and many users might download the older image
manually too.
