This is probably related I think; my device has recently started to randomly display voicemail notifications. I delete the notifications, and have called the voicemail which tells me there are no new messages, but the problem still persists. Unable to offer advice as to how to reproduce it, but it has started following my receipt of a genuine voicemail notification last week.
