this is probably due to the chipset vendor driver implementation for the
led. I'm not familiar enough to know if it's able to be tuned, but if
so, it'd probably be done thru qtubuntu.

Bug description:

The LED on BQ E4.5 blinks every second on a new incoming SMS. Not sure
whats causing that fast frequency. The blink is quite "normal" on
Nexus 4.
