Dialer app launches to slow
Status in dialer-app package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
The dialer app on the BQ Aquarius 4.5 takes too long to launch. It
takes 2-5 seconds to open the dialer. After that more time is required
for dialing. I thing for a device that should at first still be a
phone, this is much too long.
Here a solution is absolutly neccessary. Could keeping the dialer app
in the RAM be an option?
