I'm not sure how much logic click should have, but surely uninstaller daemon should not rely on information in click package, it should clean application data even if it has broken click manifest. This makes it impossible to track where all the free space went, since app is not even installed to be shown in storage view in the Settings app, and yet it can happily leave behind hundreds of MB of obsolete data. Expected result: when app is uninstalled, its linked private storage (~/.local/<app>/) is also freed.
