Bug description:
Right now ubuntu-deskop pulls in gstreamer0.10-alsa, -plugins-base-
apps, -pulseaudio. That seems to mostly be to enable pidgin (and the
telepath relatedy part). Pidgin fixes will likely land this cycle -
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pidgin/+bug/1295207 (see
upstream) and dropping them off of the various -meta images would let
us start testing if anything else will break prior to fully removing
gstreamer0.10.
Only do this for 15.10.
