Title: Fix small packaging issues as reported in review Status in messaging-app package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: From Michael Terry: "for messaging-app... (A) the new build-dep should be sorted into the list and (B) "cd obj-$(DEB_HOST_GNU_TYPE); ctest -V" should be "cd obj-$(DEB_HOST_GNU_TYPE) && ctest -V" so that we notice when obj-* isn't created where we expect it. I'm not sure they are stop-the-line problems at this point in the silo process, but I would normally needs-fixing an MP for them" Please fix for the next release.
