What the umask should be in 15.04? There is UMASK defined (022) to /etc/login.defs and /home/<user> is has been created with that as well as all the /etc/<user>/{Documents,Downloads,Music,Pictures,Videos} directories. I expect the umask to be the same for the rest of the files.
