The best place to fix this is in Unity. I tried changing the string in
the unity-home-scope itself, but it doesn't properly propagate down to
Unity. With the work done for bug #1101662, it was pretty easy to fix
this issue as well.

Bug description:
The Dash has a title that is shown when the mouse is over the icon and
in the search area in "Dash Home", it says "Search your computer and
online sources" even if user sets the Dash not to "include online
search results". This title then turns to be false, because the user
can only search the computer.
So this title should be updated according to "include online search
results" state in Privacy.
