OK, with the file attached above, it does not work after restart and especially would not make slapd start at all. Removed it and use 'service' for now.

Then, I found that there is no such service available for systemd. I verified with apt-file (apt-file search slapd.service) which brought no results either. As workaround I could start it using old "service" method.
