This is better nowadays. It's now destroyed in wide mode and when the
greeter isn't shown.
And it's only visible during narrow mode with a passcode or passphrase.
I'll mark this fixed.
(It's possible we should also destroy it when in narrow & swipe mode
when the greeter is shown, but that's a minor inefficiency for the
relative code convenience.)

Bug description:
With an invalid background (rev. 165, as support for it was reverted)
you can see that the lock screen is always there, regardless if it'll
be used or not, e.g. in tablet mode.
The lockscreen should be created dynamically - only when needed - and
destroyed on successful unlock.
