However, there is no NEWS file with infos, is it a bug fix release? If
so, please state it explicetly here (and turn the status back to new),
otherwise, please request a FFe.

* Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
- Pass --disable-vmx on ppc64el to work around testsuite failure.
Fixed in debian + new upstream bugfix release and enable hardening
