Title: Crop tool sometimes selects the wrong area Status in Gallery App: Fix Released Status in gallery-app package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Bug description: Prerequisites: A photo taken with the phones camera is present in the gallery Steps to reproduce: 1. Open the Gallery application 2. Tap on a photo in Events 3. Select Crop from the edit menu 4. At this point check if the whole image is selected in the crop area, or just the middle part (this seems to happen mainly when a photo has never been opened before) 5. If just the middle part is selected, then you should be able to reproduce the following strange behaviour: - Move the bottom handles up about halfway and let go, you'll see that the wrong area is selected - Move the bottom handles down as far as possible. You'll see that it can't be dragged all the way down. - Finish selecting an area and press Crop. The photo is cropped but at the wrong co-ordinates current build number: 184 device name: krillin channel: ubuntu-touch/ubuntu-rtm/14.09-proposed last update: 2014-12-19 08:55:34 version version: 184 version ubuntu: 20141218 version device: 20141209-cae2b5f version custom: 20141216-484-22-169 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/gallery-app/+bug/1404170/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~touch-packages Post to : touch-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~touch-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
